why do we envision him next summer running around naked outside jumping in and out of a kid pool? oh my.

on the move.

lane is 5 months and realizing he doesn't want to stay in one place. he is now rolling from one side of the family room and back again. in the past few days he's also started to do some sort of crawl. he can get his back legs going but won't pick up his head so he does a face plant the whole time and ends up with some nice rug burn.

today.

vance: get to work at 6:30am and stand outside till 6:30pm. get sunburnt. eat dinner at 10:00pm. hopefully be asleep before midnight...
celine: get a crown and 3 of the 8 cavaties filled. go broke.
lane: wake up at 7:30am. took one 15 minute nap all day. go to bed at 10:30.

a new bff.

the other day lane and i met up with our friends lacey and nevada. it was such a great day. so good to reconnect with such a good friend and meet her bundle of joy. lane and him were instantly friends. :) its kinda hard to get babies to pose...nevada loved the lights and lane just wanted to eat nevada. too cute.
