where do i begin? come wednesday we will have been a family of 5 for two weeks. we're all still adjusting. life has been SO busy. i've yet to actually spend the day alone with all three kids. tomorrow is my first day and if i'm honest, i'm so scared. and so ready. this is my supposed job...what if this job of three kids is too hard? but then i remember, people do this everyday (even with more kids!). i watched my mom do this job of raising three kids and we're all still here. i can do this, right? but then thoughts come rushing in of...three kids three and under?! am i nuts!? yes!! oy vey.
ok...back to all things cute. logan. that girl has stolen our hearts. we're constantly saying, "look at how cute she is..." we're totally biased but that happens when you're in love. even though we've done this twice before, we had no idea how fast and hard we fall for her. we both pictured baby number 3 being a boy and really, had fallen in love with the thought of three little boys, but within 5 seconds of laying eyes on her we couldn't imagine life without her. and speaking of her birth, hoping to someday soon get her birth story written out. an amazing day that we'll never get sick of talking about.
so here's the being a mom of three this week. one thing thats already caught me off guard is how much my love for my older two has grown, if thats even possible. those little boys amaze me and i'm grateful they make me smile everyday. (...and at times want to pull out my hair.) ok...ready.set.go....i can do this.
now to the fun part, pictures...
cradled in grandma's arms.
our new bedtime routine. multitasking at its finest.
christmas day, papa dave and grandma kay came to meet their granddaughter. somehow all the other pictures of their visit were taken on my sisters camera...too bad i can't blame "pregnancy brain" anymore.
for a while now lane had been asking for a stuffed animal doggie for christmas. we have a pretty strong "no more stuffed animal rule" at our house so i had told lane multiple times that, "that would be neat but it might not happen..." greatgrandma squier didn't know the "rule" and sent the boys stuffed animal doggies for christmas. my heart melted...so sweet, it was meant to be:)

6 days old.
the boys outside playing on the snow mountain.
typical logan. awake from 7-10 every night.
on december 30th vance turned 32. we had a (very) little birthday celebration.

with all three of his kids...the most amazing daddy & husband a girl could ask for!
lane is always bringing this pink teddy bear to logan, that and a red ferrari hot wheels car because "she like to drive one of those someday."
10 days old & bright eyed.
chicken legs.
her favorite spot (if not in our arms.)
everyday moments.

gage LOVES logan, he's always wanting to hold her, touch her, tickle her. their relationship is so sweet already, can't wait to see them in years to come!

not all moments are sweet & honky doory at our home. we've had (lots) of moments like this...WHINING!
but he totally redeems himself being his usual sweet, cute, funny self.
getting some fresh air!
sweetness.
