i read this quote the other day, not ever sure who originally said it, but i can't stop thinking about it...
comparison is the enemy of contentment and gratitude
what an amazing gift we have been given in GOD. HE is the ONLY truth we can count on. whenever i lean on my own mind/thoughts i get nowhere. in fact, i always feel worse.
"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." Phil 4:8
i redirect my thinking to what is true -true by God's standards, not what i think of myself/life in moments of doubt - what is noble...God's WAY and WILL.

im so glad you posted that celine! apparently god speaks through your blog :) it was something i really needed today - i guess his timing really is perfect!
miss you and your fam! charlie and I will be there in July though so we better see you :)
