insight please.

so, i have a birthday and christmas coming up that i need to make a wish list for. ha, just kidding. well, sorta.

as of now i don't edit any of our pictures. what you see is what ya get. i'm not really sure where i'm going to find the time to start editing but i would like to have the option of doing so.

all these names are running through my head; photoshop, lightroom, apple aperture, elements, so on and so on.

does anyone have good insight, help, recommendations?

What kind of camera do you have? Darrin said if you shoot RAW, then photo shop is good. But a lot of people like light room, and it may be cheaper.

I use photoshop elements (it came free with our old camera) if I have time or if I love a photo and want to make it better. Your pictures are so good without it! It is fun to have though.

I keep laughing about lane eating the baby food :)

elements- its the laymans version of photoshop, and its cheaper, but it can pretty much do about the same things, its just easier to operate. funny you just posted this because I just researched this last week in search of my own christmas list, ha!

i agree with emily though... i was certain you already edited your pictures because they are great. looking forward to seeing you work your magic with a new program.
