logan grace(4 months).

you've changed so much this month.  you've gone from newborn to baby.  

have i mentioned you are the sweetest, easiest, smiliest baby around?because you are!  people constantly ask me, "is she always so happy?"  "yep!"   i mean, you are still a baby, you cry when you're hungry but who doesn't get grumpy when we want food.   

i guess me replying "yep!" to you being happy all the time isn't completely true.  you hate your car seat.   a five minute drive to the store is about all i/you can take.   last night we went out to eat, you were a mess coming home. when we got home you had big ol' giant tears running down your face.

your hair is still red but you are loosing it on the back & sides.

you're a dainty little thing, 12 lbs 9 oz.  your brothers were right around 17lbs.   i get worried that you're too petite but you eat all.the.time, someday it will all catch up.

you take three naps a day.  two short morning ones & one long afternoon nap.

you started making all sorts of little noises this month.  lots of squeals, way more than i remember your brothers doing.   it must be a girl thing.

you sleep all night, 9+ hours.  thank you!

every time you nurse, you choke at least once.   you have that since you were born, i'm sorry.

you have rolled over two times.  we think you're just content to stay on your back and smile at all of us.   i'm totally ok with you not moving around too much.  although somehow you always turn circles on the floor, it cracks me up.

you spit up lots, lots!

you see everything now.  i can't try to sneak past you or walk out of the room, you catch me and smile.

you found your toes!!!   its so cute, you'll lay there with your legs straight up in the air pulling off your socks.  

you have the best profile.

you drool A LOT and all the time.  yesterday i bought 7 new bibs because the three that we owned were only lasting to lunch.

we have absolutely no desire to start solids yet, probably after your 6th month birthday, maybe...i dread the baby food process.

you have really started grabbing toys, yay!

you laugh the most at your brothers.  they really are super silly and love you so much.

i'm wondering if i should be weaning you of the swing.  i'm scared.

its been over a year now that we found out you were joining our family.   well, we didn't know it was going to be YOU and now that you're here i couldn't imagine anyone else.  what a gift you are!

i love you so much, i think you can tell.
