the omaha zoo. it is one of the best, and i'm not just saying that, it really is.

he loved the penguins. and of course, why wouldn't he?

halloween 2010.

don't they look so thrilled. lane's looking at me thinking "seriously mom, this is the best you could come up with? a hamburger?" ...and its true, he had zero choice in his costume.

out trick or treating. we had grand plans of me being french fries and vance a pepsi can but somehow w/ traveling, working, and me being lazy it didn't happen.

5 houses and we were done. but hey, the neighbors gave the boys king size candy bars.

...and then we went to an awesome halloween party but unfortunately didn't take any pictures. shame shame.

nebraska(part one).

missed us? we've been in nebraska the past ten days. yep, ten days at home. at 28 you'd think i'd have this whole home thing figured out. i know that THIS(right now, in colorado) is home, really. it feels SO good to be back in our own routine, with our own stuff, it just feels RIGHT. but...when the local news is on, i still wonder (after nearly 2 years) why they're not showing omaha. nearly everyday we look up the weather in either meade or omaha first and then colorado. we are still figuring out HOME but really, wherever my three loves are is for sure home. they complete me.

so...here's the pumpkin patch. this has to be one of the absolute best patches. seriously, we could have spent all day there. so fun.

have i mentioned renee and tom are having a BABY!?! she is 16 weeks pregnant and all cute. i may have talked a few times to her baby bump :)
