Easter weekend.

we made our first trip as a family of four. great time, good food, lots of laughs. so glad we went! lane made his first trip to kansas when he was 5 weeks old and gage was 5 weeks this time, i guess it's tradition. glad to have family meet him while we was still a peanut. and lane...he loooved being outside. loved having SO much space to play outside. he'd push (vance's old) tonka truck from here to there w/o even looking up since nothing was stopping him. made us so happy to see him so happy. 2 months and we'll be back for ryan&heather's wedding. woohoo!!

i've heard being a grandparent is even better than being a parent...her heart must feel pretty good here!

resurrection sunday.
...my attempts for cute pictures of both boys in their easter shirts, didnt go so well. we'll work on just getting them each on their own.







grandma and grandpa had a great Easter egg hunt for lane. of course, he cared less about a basket, he had a truck to push them in, so totally lane. and Easter wouldn't be complete without his first taste of his mama's favorite Easter candy...peeps.
