its friday again.

well another week has come and is nearly gone. i say that as if the week has gone fast...it hasn't. everyday i've asked if its friday. today actually is friday, yay! this week little gage has been having some mystery fever/fussy/clingy/not eating/constant crying sickness going on. its been enough to keep us home nearly everyday. we did venture to the library, post office, and walmart. talk about fun huh?! i know how to show my kids a good time!! but really, i think its been one of lane's favorite weeks. he's gotten to stay home. he such a home body. if we ever start to get ready to go someplace he often pouts and says (over and over) "my want to stay home!" so, stay home we have...which has included LOTS of playing in the sprinklers. i'm debating not ever getting lane dressed b/c the second we go outside he strips down ("my get naked!") so he can get all wet.

a few weeks back the lane had his first dentist appointment. he was such a good boy!! i was cracking up the whole time, it was just SO funny to watch him get his teeth cleaned. he laid there with his little arms cautiously on top of him or they were limp to his side. they even looked at gage's teeth (no pictures...i was too busy holding him down:) and he has EIGHT teeth coming in. they said he'll be done teething till his two year molars anytime now. two different boys....lane is a LATE teether and gage is EARLY! lane loved it and often asks when we're going back:)

lately we've done the majority of our meals in the garage. yep, the garage. don't most people? in my defense...its a breeze to clean up, its in the shade, and its fun:)

what does your weekend look like?! we're having a "date night" tonight. a stay in date night, which includes sloppy joes and a dvd from the library. its sorta embarrassing how excited i am:) and then saturday we have some exciting visitors coming...we CANNOT wait!!!
