weekend.

did you all have a good weekend? ours was pretty low key. after a busy busy week this mama was tired! friday night i threw our supper meal plan out the window and declared the kitchen was closed, out to eat we go. of course, lane didn't put up any sort of fight going to chic.fil.a...his absolute favorite. (well, who can blame him....soup, which oddly is his favorite, ice cream, and a play area) saturday....we were all just as tired. lane i crashed on the couch...my absolute favorite.after my morning nap and after lane & vance mowed and had worked outside all morning....we loaded up the bike trailer and took the boys for a picnic at the park. (vance just got medical release to ride a bike with his knee. yipee!) we ALL had such a GREAT time!!

swinging...its the ONLY thing they want to do at the park.

we introduced lane to one of the best summer treats...pretzels & nutella. he liked the nutella part.

we ended saturday by going on yet another bike ride and homemade ice cream. yum!

sunday morning breakfast. lane had lucky charms....all charms, as in marshmallows, eating no cereal.

but he did drink dad's leftover milk.
not sure if vance had any of his cereal.
and sunday....well it ended just as the weekend started. cuddling on the couch.
