both sets of grandparents came to visit and see our little gage being dedicated at church. so special to have everyone HERE! as soon as we got back from nebraska, i mean, literally as soon as we got back...grandpa and grandma reimer were at our house before we got home from the airport. lane was over the moon, life just keeps getting better. it was a fabulous weekend, but why does time go fast when you're having fun?

lane went one morning to get donuts with grandpa dave. he now thinks every time we go to the grocery store we can get donuts. sorry to disappoint buddy.

in an attempt to do something different we headed down to the flying w ranch in colorado springs. both grandparents were there and no matter what my husband says, it was a GORGEOUS evening.
the food was SO good. i'd go back again just for more food. yum!
lane was the clap master. if you weren't clapping along with the music he called you out on it. pointed and said "CLAP!"
the boys totally crashed on the way home. they were too exhausted to make it to their beds.
after gage's dedication (more on that on a different post) we went to one of our favorite little burger places in castle rock.
before the last set of grandparents(ferry) left we headed up to their hotel for some fun...
vance and i left the boys there for a bit for a VERY long overdue date. it was short, between feedings, but was sooo great. we even treated ourselves to...pop:) already looking forward to next time. hint hint grandparents, come babysit!!
so wish more weekends could be like this, we LOVE having family here with us!!

among my faves..the one of lane standing in the hotel window. the boys crashed, not in their beds. and the picture of you (just you) on your date. you look beautiful!!
